500 GREEN ROAD - CRESTMEAD
Taking on this 40,000m2 Warehouse project in our 4th year was an exciting challenge for the last half of 2021. Faced with supply shortages and an onslaught of supplier price increases, ATMR powered through and completed the project efficiently and to the satisfaction of both builder and client.
GPT SITE 4 - BERRINBA
Three warehouses in one, this 17,000m2 facility was the latest addition to the GPT developments in Berrinba, built by De Luca in 2021. Although faced with statewide steel shortages, inclement weather, poor ground conditions and unpredictable price increases, ATMR beat the odds and achieved practical completion within the required time frames.
HUHTAMAKI & TAILORED PACKAGING - BERRINBA
Sitting at 25,000m2 floor area, this gigantic dual-tenanted warehouse is ATMR's biggest project to date. Built by De Luca in 2020 for Frasers Property it was quite the feat for All Type Metal Roofing. With the large spanning distances and feature raked wall cladding it didn't come without it's challenges however with some ingenuity and clever programming everything fell into place. Proud to be a part of this one.
DHARMA REALM TEMPLE - MUDGEERABA
This unique project is an extension to a Buddhist temple nestled in the quiet Mudgeeraba hinterland built by Clarke Constructions in 2020. A lot of work went into the design phase of this project in which All Type Metal Roofing was able to provide cost effective alternatives to the original design however still achieving a striking aesthetic appearance. We don't just do sheds and shops!
ISPT - NARANGBA
This dual Warehouse project on one lot in Narangba has a combined Warehouse floor area over 6,300m2. Built simultaneously by De Luca Corporation Pty Ltd in 2020, ATMR completed the roof and wall cladding on these without any hassle.
SILK LOGISTICS - PORT OF BRISBANE
This 15,000m2 Warehouse overlooking the ocean is one of the biggest projects the ATMR team have tackled to date. Constructed in 2019 at the Port of Brisbane by Tomkins Commercial & Industrial Builders, it is at this point in time the furthest structure out on the man-made island.
GOODMAN FIELDER - DARRA
This 3,000m2 Warehouse and Office facility was built by the nationally renowned builder CIP Constructions in 2019 who subcontracted ATMR to undertake the Roof and Wall Cladding package. Built to the highest safety and quality standards in the industry, All Type Metal Roofing had no issue in delivering.
REWARD HOSPITALITY - YATALA
All Type Metal Roofing's biggest undertaking yet in their first year of business. At a massive 13,000m2, this Warehouse & Office development for Tomkins Commercial & Industrial Builders had a very challenging schedule to meet. We adapted, overcame and delivered on time ensuring a high quality of finish was met at the finish line.
SKYGATE - BRISBANE AIRPORT
This 10,000m2 retail space was completed by De Luca Corporation in 2018 who subcontracted All Type Metal Roofing for the Roof and Wall Cladding works on the project. Under the strict and intricate guidelines of the Brisbane Airport Corporation, All Type Metal Roofing completed their works successfully and on-time ensuring the builder and client were satisfied with the finished product.

Friends since Primary School, Matt and Rob have led very different lives in the same industry.
Matt being the hands-on of the two, brings ten years of on-site knowledge to the table and can recite the HB39 Installation code for Metal Roofing and Cladding from back to front.
Rob got his start at one of South East Queensland's largest Roofing companies from which Matt's father, Phil Beveridge was a Director of. Ten years at this company taught Rob everything he knows about estimating commercial projects and the ins and outs of specifications.
Together, as All Type Metal Roofing, they are excited about delivering you top quality projects, safely and cost effectively.
